Who We Are
The Southern University Quarterback Club was founded in 1947. It is a non-profit volunteer organization working in partnership with the faculty and staff of Southern University Athletics to support Southern University athletic programs. The East Baton Rouge Chapter is a group of dedicated alumni and friends committed to providing the services and support needed to help the athletic programs and student athletes excel.
Membership Facts
1. Regular Membership is $150 per person, per year and Lifetime Membership is $350 per person with yearly maintenance installments
2. Current Southern University Students can also join the Quarterback Club for $25 per person, per year
3. 100% of the funds raised are used for player needs
4. Members have the opportunity to receive information on the state of SU athletics directly from the coaches
5. Quarterback Club events include sponsoring bus rides to football away games, including Bayou Classic, co-sponsoring the annual football signing day Recruiting Bash and assisting with Pro Day, the High School Football camp and end of year celebrations.
